Hey everyone! My name is Shantelle, and I am the owner & trainer here at SURGE Strength and Conditioning.

From a young age, movement has always been a huge passion of mine. It started with being heavily active in sports & as I grew older I began to see exercise as a helpful tool to manage my anxiety & reduce stress. This is where I began to build my passion for the way movement can impact our quality of life.

SURGE is more than just a personal training service. We are a community that is devoted to empowering others on what their bodies can do, rather than JUST how it looks.

Educating individuals on how to build behavioural habits that work for their lifestyle. Our science-based approach allows us to ensure each client is creating measurable progress while prioritizing long-term sustainability.

Adherence is key. In order to make lifestyle changes, we have to accept that they won't happen over night. In order to create lifestyle habits, we need a program that adapts to our lifestyle, not the other way around. Remember, growth is an uncomfortable process.
